The Game of Rewards and Punishments takes place on a far off island and features weekly Challenges with the promise of a positive Reward for the winner, or a negative Punishment for the loser. The competitors are split up into four Teams (Wands, Pentacles, Swords and Cups) and pitted against each-other for the sake of drama and entertainment. To help or harm them are the Mentors and Judges. The Mentors take the role of preparing the Teams before the Challenges. The Judges determine who has performed the best and who has failed.
Those participating may have signed up themselves in hope of fame and fortune, but most, however, have been brought against their will. There appears to be no escape. That is, except for the promise of the mysterious Game Master and their Execs; the games will conclude in ten weeks’ time…
But what will transpire between now and that far-off time is anyone’s guess.
